Let us tell you, our new office is absolutely stunning! However, the magnificent new office brought with it equally magnificent new responsibilities. In order to welcome visitors to the office, manage office supplies, deal with administrative tasks, collaborate with our executives on cost management, as well as work with other colleagues in the People Operations department on employee engagement and satisfaction, we require a skilled and experienced office coordinator.

Minimalne kvalifikacije

What we expect

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Office Management-related and/or customer support positions.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Advanced organization and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Advanced communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with organizing and coordinating internal events.
  • The ability to anticipate needs, particularly for repeated tasks.
  • Systematic and analytical mind with keen attention to detail.
  • Positive, proactive, and problem-solving-oriented personality.
  • Love of learning and teamwork.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (min. B2 level).

Očekivanja od tebe na ovoj poziciji

What you'll do

  • Performing a wide range of administrative duties and tasks in cooperation with the Office Manager and the HR department (e.g. tracking and organizing gift purchases for employees, etc.).
  • Performing receptionist duties such as welcoming clients and visitors, picking up and sending mail, order takeovers, etc.
  • Maintaining and updating paperwork and documentation.
  • Ordering office supplies and tracking and replenishing the inventory.
  • Maintaining the common office space.
  • Solving problems related to the office (e.g. arranging repairs with handymen/janitors, communication with the cleaning agents, etc.).
  • Participating in the onboarding process of new Cinnamon employees.
  • Making travel arrangements for the employees.
  • Organizing and coordinating internal events.
  • Maintaining the live event production calendar.
  • Manage the relationships with office-related vendors, as well as with service, food and beverage, and furniture providers.
  • Proposing suggestions for improvements regarding the office space.
  • Proposing suggestions for improvement of the Office Management processes.
  • Collaborating with the People Operations Department on day-to-day tasks.
  • Collaborating with Cinnamon Heads of Departments / TLs.
  • Collaborating with all Cinnamon employees.
