We are looking for a Release Engineer for Release and Configuration Management team in Zagreb.

As a technically adept and innovation-driven Release Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving release processes in large-scale environments, ensuring automation and seamless integration across our CI/CD pipeline.

In our Journey to the Cloud, you’ll collaborate closely with development, operations and customer support teams to ensure timely deliveries, improve our release management policies, drive continuous process optimization and enhance release quality.

Minimalne kvalifikacije

Our requirements:

• Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, …) and version control systems like Git
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and strong communication skills to work effectively across diverse teams
• Good team player with good communication and coordination skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English, a German knowledge is a plus

• Build, configure, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes, reduce manual effort, and increase deployment speed
• Continuously identify and implement improvements in release policies and processes, focusing on risk mitigation and efficiency
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest release engineering tools and technologies, applying best practices and exploring new solutions to enhance our release workflow.
• Take technical ownership of release activities, troubleshooting, and coordination to resolve issues effectively
