Project Manager

Minimalne kvalifikacije

• At least 2 years of professional working experience in project management, preferably in the software development industry.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana…).

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables effectively.

• To support our clients and team effectively, we are seeking individuals from the Croatian-speaking area for this position.

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Bonus kvalifikacije

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, or similar).

• Experience in the IT industry, particularly with technologies like .NET, Java, React, Angular, Flutter, or similar.

• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and CI/CD processes.

• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Experience working with remote and distributed teams.

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Coordinate and lead team meetings, providing clear direction and expectations.

• Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as necessary.

• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
