Requirements:

1+ years of experience on position project/product / technical team management

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Excellent planning and management skills

Technical knowledge (web technologies and terminology)

Technical understanding of web environment (Frontend and Backend)

English language proficiency, both written and spoken

Responsibilities:

Development and QA team organization

Task planning and organization

Managing multiple projects simultaneously

Motivating team members

Managing reports and documentation
