UX/UI Designer (1+ years of experience)

Location: Zagreb (hybrid)

Minimalne kvalifikacije

• At least 1 year of professional working experience that includes work either on standalone projects or as part of a design team.

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Cloud and Sketch.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript for designing web experiences.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• To support our clients and team effectively, we are seeking individuals from the Croatian-speaking area for this position.

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Bonus kvalifikacije

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, or a related field.

• Familiarity with front-end development frameworks like React or Angular.

• A passion for research and improvement of design processes and methodologies.

• Strong prototyping and wireframing skills.

• Experience with usability testing and user research.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.

Awesome If You Have:

• Experience with motion design and creating interactive prototypes.

• Knowledge of front-end development tools like Yarn, NPM, and Webpack.

• Experience in designing for e-commerce platforms.

• Ability to conduct A/B testing and analyze the results.

• Enthusiasm for working in an Agile development environment.

• A portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design skills and process.

• Attention to performance, security, and data privacy in design.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve designs.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

• Ensure that all designs align with the brand guidelines and design standards.
