Minimalne kvalifikacije

• Min. 3 years of professional experience as a Mobile Developer, regardless of the mobile technology.
• Knowledge of building apps that interact with REST APIs.
• Knowledge of object-oriented concepts and a passion for exploring and implementing software engineering best practices.
• Familiarity/experience with Git.
• Familiarity with Android Studio/IntelliJ/VS Code.
• Interest in mobile UX and successfully collaborating with the design team.
• Meticulous attention to detail regardless of whether it’s your work or reviewing someone else’s work.
• Love of learning and teamwork.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Bonus kvalifikacije

• Previous experience as a Lead Mobile Developer or Team Lead of a Mobile/Flutter development team is preferred.

What you’ll do

• Strategic planning & organization - lead and grow a team of Flutter Developers who are working on international software projects; support them in task prioritization and organization, project estimations, effort valuation, and whenever they have technical dilemmas.
• Employee development & satisfaction - manage the development of your team through regular feedback sessions, and evaluations, and by providing coaching and mentoring support. Help the management identify and meet your team’s educational/coaching needs.
• Flutter development (approx. 50% of the working hours) - work on diverse Flutter projects. Use Dart packages to manage shared software such as libraries and tools: Riverpod for state management & dependency injection, Freezed to simplify working with immutables, Dio as a powerful HTTP client, Hive as a quick and lightweight database, Sqflite for local persistence where there is a need for complex data structures with relations, Firebase packages for Firebase based projects, and Google Maps Flutter if there are Google Maps requirements.
• New technologies - work with CTO and Head of Mobile Development on technology research, development, and education.
• Recruitment - work with CTO and Recruitment team on the hiring of the new Flutter Developers; participate in the selection process and help us decide whom to hire.
• Onboarding & mentorship - support the HR team with onboarding new Flutter Developers and participate in their mentoring.
• Employer branding - help us to continue growing the culture that values teamwork, transparent feedback, initiative, and growth.
• Business development - participate in sales calls with potential clients.
• Last but not least, ask important questions, speak candidly, and try to move the needle on your projects every single day. ;)
