We are looking for a skilled Insurance Data Analyst (m/f) who thrives on solving complex problems and collaborating with clients to deliver customized data solutions. In this role, you will engage deeply with clients in the insurance sector, helping them operate more effectively through tailored data models and enterprise-level DWH solutions. This position is ideal for someone who excels in both technical data modeling and understanding business requirements.

Minimalne kvalifikacije

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in implementing DWH/ETL solutions, preferably in the insurance sector
  • In-depth knowledge of business process within the insurance sector
  • Proven knowledge of transforming business requirements into analytical solution architecture
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data extraction, transformation and analysis
  • Active use of spoken and written English
  • Desire and motivation for quality work, constant learning, and improvement

  • Work closely with clients to understand their specific business processes and requirements, translating these needs into structured data models and analytical solutions
  • Lead extensive data modeling initiatives, including designing entity relationship diagrams (ERDs) and developing comprehensive database architectures that meet client specifications
  • Design and implement scalable DWH solutions, with a focus on creating clear and effective data structures that enhance client decision-making
  • Collaborate across teams, engaging with project managers, ETL developers, database architects, and reporting specialists to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Leverage your understanding of insurance industry business processes to create tailored analytical approaches that address client challenges
  • Work with the latest technologies, including modern cloud platforms, to ensure innovative and future-proof data solutions
