We are looking for a (Senior) Performance Engineer for our Property and Casualty (P&C) unit in Zagreb.

As a Performance Engineer, you are the central contact person for load & performance topics and your main objective is ensuring that our Adcubum Syrius software suite meets the requirements. Through proactive tests and measurements, you support our product development teams to find potential performance problems before our software is delivered. If performance issues do occur, you will be on the front line helping to solve them.

In our journey to the cloud, you will collaborate with other engineers to make our software available to the customers in the new cloud operating model in a performant and reliable way.

Minimalne kvalifikacije

Our requirements:

• Proven experience in performance analysis and optimization of large software systems
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices
• Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling or similar
• Experience with monitoring and profiling tools (Dynatrace etc)
• Good knowledge of Java, Java EE, application servers, SpringBoot, relational databases (PostgreSQL or Oracle)
• Sound knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring tools and log analytics
• Experience with cloud platforms (OpenShift is a plus)
• Good team player with good communication and coordination skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English, German knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies

• Proactively support the development teams for load & performance topics
• Participate in load & performance analysis in cooperation with architects
• Establishing a performance monitoring and feedback system for the sw dev teams
