Our mobile developers build powerful, stunning, and fast-performing mobile apps for a wide variety of businesses using the Android, iOS, and Flutter tech stack. We are hiring a team lead to guide and motivate them so that they can keep up their drive, morale, and expertise.

Minimalne kvalifikacije

• Min. 4 years of professional experience as a mobile developer, regardless of the mobile development technology.
• Previous experience as a Lead Mobile Developer or Mobile Development Team Lead is preferred.
• Strong people skills and people management skills.
• Strong experience with Git.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented concepts and a passion for exploring and implementing software engineering best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD in mobile development.
• Experience in mentorship.
• Experience assisting with hiring for mobile development positions.
• Meticulous attention to detail regardless of whether it’s your work or reviewing someone else’s work.
• Love of learning and teamwork.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2-C1 level).

Očekivanja od tebe na ovoj poziciji

• Strategic planning & organization - lead and grow a team of mobile developers who are developing international digital products primarily using Kotlin / Swift / Flutter tech stack; assist them with work prioritization and organization, effort valuation, and any other issues they may encounter.
• Employee development & satisfaction - manage the development of your team through regular feedback sessions, and evaluations, and by providing coaching and mentoring support. Assist the management in determining and addressing the coaching and educational needs of your team.
• Mobile development - work on mobile projects. The tech stack we usually use (this is not set in stone) is Java / Kotlin / Swift / Flutter.
• New technologies - work along with CTO on mobile development technology research and education.
• Talent Acquisition - assist in hiring new mobile developers by working with the CTO and the Talent Acquisition team; take part in the hiring process.
• Onboarding & employee support - work with the HR team in onboarding new mobile developers and participate in their mentoring, depending on your skills, experience, and available time.
• Employer branding - help us to continue growing the culture that values teamwork, transparent feedback, initiative, and growth.
• Business development - participate in sales calls with potential clients.
• Last but not least, ask important questions, speak candidly, and try to move the needle on your projects every single day. ;)
