Pontis Technology is a Croatian IT service company with offices in Croatia, Germany, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Pontis Technology is a Ponteva company. Ponteva is a member of the Bridgewest Group, a global private investment firm.

We love to have fun, but we’re not joking around when it comes to technology.

We design and deliver advanced software and AI-driven solutions for global companies, helping them innovate, scale, and transform through technology and AI. Our full-cycle development capabilities are powered by teams of Front-end and Back-end Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Designers, QA Engineers, Data Engineers, Project Managers and Business Analysts.

2023 was a big year for us. We established Pontis Technology in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, broadening our employee network on their propulsive market. In 2023, we were awarded the best new Company in Croatia according to an independent survey by the biggest job portal in Croatia – Moj Posao. Not only that, we were named 3rd best small company in all of Croatia.

Since then, not a lot of time has passed, but a lot has happened for Pontis. We’re no longer a small company since there is more than 115 of us and in 2024, we made our first acquisition. We have successfully acquired Clover Studio, a company with international clients focusing on app development and design and founded our machine learning team with 20 people.
