We are one IBM iX family. At a total of 10 studios in the DACH region and 3 studios in Croatia, 1,200+ curious, open-minded and proficient professionals contribute to customer success as part of the IBM iX agency family. With a passion for design, technology, and combined with the strength of IBM, the interdisciplinary teams successfully master challenges in a wide range of industries.
Every colleague counts. We enable our employees to work remotely, providing them with suitable equipment, offer flexible working hours, and support the (mental) health and fitness of our employees with several offerings. We are constantly learning. In our academy, from our technology partners, from our customers and above all from each other. Our internal academy and the extensive range of training courses offered by our technology partners and IBM enable our employees to build up the skillset needed for the development of complex digital solutions. Our diverse teams work together across all sites in an agile manner, using state-of-the-art methods.
