We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to coordinate our engineering cross-functional teams and serve as the ambassador of Agile methodology helping in delivery of cutting-edge products for next generation hypercars and future of mobility. Main tasks & responsibilities: - Facilitate all the agile ceremonies directly with cross-functional development team and Product Owner - Be the ambassador of agile methodology – make sure that the processes are followed and suggest improvements - Take care of backlog items – make sure they are properly filled, understood and help in the process - Resolve team’s impediments - Keep all parties on track & informed
Minimalne kvalifikacije
- Experience in a Scrum Master role - Knowledge of the Scrum and/or other agile frameworks and Agile mindset - Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bonus kvalifikacije
- Knowledge of SAFe is a plus - Scrum/Agile certificate is a plus
