Wanted: Someone who can design a website with the infrastructure of Autobahn and the spirit of rollercoasters.

Picture your average country road. Parts of it are shitty or missing. There are holes in it, sheep on it, junctions that lead to dead ends. Now picture such a website. It’d be exciting and unpredictable to use it, that’s for sure.

However, we’re more into designers capable of making us a German Autobahn while adding some spirit of a breathtaking rollercoaster to it. If that’s you, let’s hit the road. Not the country one.

Our expectations

For starters, the best way to meet some expectations is by making a list. Here’s what we expect from you:

• Minimum two years of professional experience
• Deep understanding of user-centred design, user psychology, and interaction design principles
• Ability to analyse, understand and detangle all business and user needs to meet set goals
• Pro in improving usability and enhancing user satisfaction
• Know how to determine the information architecture of a digital product
• Expertise in designing alluring and intuitive user experiences for a wide range of devices and interfaces
• Ability to lead and support discovery of the project lifecycle, including workshops
• A good sense of when to compromise and when to stick to your idea
• Well-versed in research methods, know how to research user requirements as well as process websites flow
• Proficient in prototyping, wireframing, generating sitemaps and user flows
• Experienced in working with developers, designers, and project managers
• Advanced communication skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to prove the value of UX design
• Exceptional attention to detail (the devil is in the details)

Bonus points:

• Experience in UI or graphic design
• Good conceptualizing
• UX certification
• Experience in being a genuinely nice person

And no. You will not get a Tesla for your birthday. Yet.
