O poziciji

Your job will be to oversee the production of test documents, the creation of test procedures, to mentor and provide training assistance to junior team members and to ensure the successful deployment of company projects.

You will ensure the smooth running of the QA department and ultimately customer satisfaction.

You will develop and execute test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements and/or customer feedback and prioritization.

Minimalne kvalifikacije

You:

• are passionate, knowledgeable and friendly person
• like to serve as a liaison between business customers and the development team. Making sure that all business requirements are met while providing clear and precise instructions and user stories to the development team.
• have enough English skills to fully work semi-remotely with people across Europe
• Are critical thinker
• Are detail oriented
• Are a team player and self-starter who will work side by side with the development team

You have:

• At least 3 years of previous experience as a QA Tester
• Experience in creating or defining a QA concept and quality gateway on a project (planning all forms of tests and activities — unit tests (sonar), regression, sprint, performance, automation)
• Experience in organizing UAT phases
• Experience in test automation
• Knowledge of the agile development methodologies
• Writing technical documentation, requirement elicitation, business process modeling and software testing methodologies
• Experience with web-based application testing
• High-level problem-solving skills
• Ability to look at a problem from different perspectives and discern key requirements from a large number of requests.
• Experience in testing of newly developed functionalities
• Experience with supporting developers in order to provide the highest quality standards to the business customers.
• Experience with prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
• E2E testing experience
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills

Bonus kvalifikacije

Nice to have:

• Experience leading the QA team (managerial experience preferred)
• German language skills
