Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced and highly technical people manager with proven ability to build strong team cultures based on mutual respect and empathy.

You should be empathetic and have a growth mindset with a desire to learn and embrace challenges.

You will be responsible for two or more teams of software engineers delivering new features and capabilities to one of our SaaS products.

This is a highly technical role. You will support the team to plan, design, develop and deploy feature additions to both current and future products.

As one of the engineering leaders in the organization, you will be providing technical guidance, influencing and driving the company’s technical and product vision forward.

Minimalne kvalifikacije

  • 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
  • 7+ years of experience developing in .NET, C#
  • Strong experience with integrations, APIs
  • Extensive experience in recruiting and building teams
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience
