Data Scientist (LLM finetuning/RAG) – on site, Zagreb office

About us

Innovez develops energy market trading platforms, operational data acquisition and advanced analytics systems as well as internal finance and risk management software and web based exchange solutions to a diverse range of energy companies from new start-ups to international clients. Our customers range from international banks, to hedge funds, infrastructure companies and multi-commodity corporations across UK and continental Europe.

You will be training and collaborating with an experienced team in London and Zagreb and will be part of the full software development cycle from beginning to completion.

Job description

Design, develop, and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models to facilitate effective information retrieval. Fine-tune and optimize large language models for specific use cases.

Data Scientist - skill set required:

· A computer science degree or similar

· Good English communication skills (Verbal and Written)

· LLM Fine-tuning

· RAG models optimization

· Experience in working with databases (SQL), minimum 2+ years

· Development experience in Machine learning (Python)

· Understanding of NLP fundamentals

· Be confident with mathematics

· Be keen and willing to learn new things

· Good attention to detail

· Be a team player

We don’t need you to have working experience in the energy industry.
