We are Aktivis, a modern software company, and we're looking for Junior Business Analysts to join us in driving the next digital transformation!

WHO ARE YOU?

• You have fundamental experience as a Business Analyst for IT solutions

• You approach and simplify complex processes without too much hassle

• You can visualize the problem and its’ details, while keeping focus on the bigger picture

• You’re comfortable working as a member of a project team to create and deliver solutions that meet the clients’ needs

• You have a desire to take on new challenges and are willing to invest in personal development

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Understand and promote the product you are in charge of

• Identify and confirm clients' needs and make recommendations that will demonstrate that you follow them

• Collect and analyze user requirements

• Inspect customer business processes (AS-IS), seek opportunities for process optimization and make recommendations for changes (TO-BE)

• Develop functional specifications and user documentation

• Collaborate with other team members to keep the design and implementation of solutions in line with business needs

• Ensure timely delivery of user documentation

• Conduct workshops and education for users

• Take care of the implementation of recommended project methodologies

• Deliver and implement solutions in accordance with the provided deadlines

SOME NICE-TO-HAVES:

• Knowledge of law regulated business processes (office operations, administrative procedures, public procurement, account liquidation, etc.)

• Experience with databases or OOP (object-oriented programming)

• Familiarity with Document Management Systems

• Experience with BPMN tools

• IIBA certification
