In this position, you will primarily be responsible for integrating our products into customer environments and providing technical and functional support to our customers. We are looking for a determined problem-solver who inspires confidence in our customers. You will work closely with our partners and customers, Gideon Brothers Customer Success team, Sales Team, experienced robotics and web engineers, and be involved in all development stages, from brainstorming with clients and stakeholders to the integration phases of Gideon autonomous mobile robots into logistic, warehousing, and manufacturing environments. Minimalne kvalifikacije

- BSc or MSc in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical) or equivalent work experience. - Previous experience with automated material handling equipment and solutions, advanced automation, robotics, manufacturing, or warehouse optimization is preferred. - Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with the team and customers to promote new automation projects and opportunities. - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. - Ability to communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing. - Ability to translate, statistically analyze data, and effectively report problems through written and/or graphical formats. - Willingness to travel within Europe, USA, and other parts of the world. - Excellent written and verbal English language skills. German language skills are a plus. - A valid driver's license (at least for passenger vehicles weighing up to 3,500 kg).

Očekivanja od tebe na ovoj poziciji

- Organize and perform installation and commissioning of the mobile robots at customer sites. Monitor deployments and resolve issues. - Responsible for complete validation of the installed solution. - Provide technical and functional support & troubleshooting on-site. - Manage support queues with urgency and professionalism. - Based on customer feedback, collaborate with Gideon Brothers' R&D, Product, and Quality Assurance teams on product testing, problem analysis, and troubleshooting. - Perform regular maintenance on robots and all auxiliary equipment. - Assist in building up local customer service centres and assist in handling associated operations. - Actively and continuously update technical skills.
