We are looking for Senior Frontend Software Engineer for Property and Casualty Insurance team in Zagreb.

Job description

As a Frontend Software Engineer you will become a Scrum Team member who is responsible for the continuous development and maintenance of our offer and proposal module. You have excellent Frontend knowledge and ideally several years of experience in building enterprise software products. In addition, you are eager to professionally tackle the topics to achieve the best possible customer benefit. And you strive to actively contribute to our continuous improvement.

Your tasks

• You professionally plan and realize new functionalities for our Adcubum Syrius offer and proposal module based on project and customer requirements.
• You design and implement new features or components.
• Cross-functional handling of tasks in the Scrum team
• Ensuring a high-quality standard, testing and continuous delivery of software
• Committed to agile working methods in a motivated Scrum team

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education
• Desire to create business value with high quality code and state of the art design methods
• Strong sense of software craftmanship, desire to work with test driven development, and similar
• Proven track record of working with JavaScript
• Experience with frontend enterprise business application / ERP development
• Hands-on experience with modern toolchains like Vue, React, Angular, CSS3, HTML5 or TypeScript
• Team spirit and, ideally, experience in agile development
• A high degree of self-reliance, initiative, and structured approach to work
• Excellent fluency in English, German knowledge is an advantage
• Know-how or interest in insurance is a plus
