Your profile

• Successfully completed IT professional training or studies

• Professional practical experience in the IT and ERP

• Excellent communication skills and team spirit with a high degree of customer and service focus

• Pragmatic, independent and meticulous way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality

• Analytical skills and a good under-standing of digital settlement processes and technologies

Bonus kvalifikacije

• Knowledge of German is an advantage

Your duties

• Technical and operational support of the ERP system and ongoing optimization of the existing applications

• Control of roll-outs of new solutions including operational support and user training of the IT systems to be sup-ported

• Coordination and further development of the existing processes in the ERP system

• Solution-focused processing of all service requests from internal specialist departments and coordination with the external service providers & partners

• Documentation of processes, monitoring and control of operational IT procedures and processes
