Your role

As a Junior Software Developer, you will be part of one of our product engineering teams, working under the guidance of senior developers with dedicated support from a more experienced colleague. Your mission is to implement features, fix bugs, write clean testable code, and progressively take on more ownership as your competence grows.

What you’ll be doing

• Implement features and fix bugs under senior developer guidance, writing clean, testable .NET/C# code
• Participate in code reviews as both author and reviewer
• Collaborate with your team on Jira-tracked tickets from refinement through delivery and communicate progress and blockers clearly
• Contribute to automated tests and help keep the build green
• Learn the platform domain (tour operations, bookings, suppliers) and system architecture
• Work hands-on with AI assistant and itinerary-generation features using current LLM tooling

Minimalne kvalifikacije

What we’re looking for

Must have:

• Foundational C# and object-oriented programming knowledge (from study, bootcamp, internship, or personal projects)
• Relational databases and basic SQL
• Git and pull-request workflow familiarity
• Ability to explain your own code and reasoning clearly
• English working proficiency (written and spoken)
• Based in Zagreb (onsite presence in our Zagreb office is required during onboarding, with hybrid work available thereafter)

Bonus kvalifikacije

Nice to have:

• Exposure to ASP.NET / .NET web APIs
• Any hands-on experience with AI/LLM tooling (OpenAI, Anthropic APIs, etc.)
• Portfolio: GitHub projects, thesis, or final project that demonstrates hands-on learning
• Automated testing experience (unit tests, CI)
• Cloud awareness (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Microsoft / .NET or Azure certifications are a plus – not required
