Job description: - Collaborate with stakeholders to derive the daily execution, managing risk, communication, and expectations. - Discover customer needs and market problems while keeping in mind overall business objectives. - Define the overall product vision, strategy, and product roadmaps. - Understand the industry trends and create actionable plans for product development. - Plan, drive and execute against the product roadmap for our flagship Microsoft 365 product offerings - Form a deep partnership with Engineering and Design teams to ensure we execute on set roadmaps. - Serve as an enabler for Sales and Marketing teams while helping them deliver the intended message to the market. - In support of the CSM team, ensure that every customer is succeeding with the product. - Engage with industry-leading analysts and experts. - Define and evangelize your vision for product growth across the organization. - Proactively monitor market and technology to understand risks and see potential product upgrades and innovations.
Qualifications we are looking for: - 3-5 years of Product Management experience in the SaaS / Enterprise software space. - If you previously worked in the Microsoft ecosystem or with Microsoft 365, that will enable you to be onboarded faster but is not a requirement. - A mix of customer empathy and a world-class ability to ask the right questions. - Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle and how products are built and brought to market. - Previous experience managing product roadmaps and developing requirements for large-scale cloud-based platforms. - Ability to work independently and in a team to develop innovative solutions. - Experience as a product manager in agile environments with strong working knowledge of agile processes. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - An entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity/working experience to define pricing and packaging strategy. - Fluency in English.
