We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience with data analysis tools, and the ability to translate complex data and business rules into actionable business insights. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

What you'll do:

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data collection systems and strategies.
• Performing data analytics strategies to assess the quality of the data and extract meaningful insights.
• Performing ad-hoc analysis to help businesses make data-driven decisions
• Build simple predictive or optimization models to support planning and decision-making.

What we expect:

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or similar degree
• 2+ years of work experience as a Data Analyst
• Experience with SQL/databases
• Knowledge of BI tools (preferably Power BI)
• Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Should be involved in or familiar with predictive analytics workflows: from preparing data and selecting relevant variables, to interpreting and communicating model outputs in a business context.
• Good spoken and written English skills
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively with remote teammates and users.

Skills that will bring you extra points:

• Experience with Power Query, DAX, Semantic model
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Experience with Azure Data Studio and SSMS
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and SSIS
• Exposure to ERP/CRM systems and how they connect to analytics workflows
• Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling
• Interest in business analysis and problem-solving
• Familiarity with other Azure technologies (Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks)
