At Huddle, we’re building the next generation of scalable, resilient sports betting infrastructure - and we want you to be part of it!

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll contribute to the development and management of our cloud infrastructure, working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and helping to build automated, reusable pipelines on Kubernetes. You’ll collaborate closely with an experienced DevOps team and partner with a top-tier engineering group to solve uptime-critical, high-volume challenges using cloud-native practices - all with an automation-first mindset!

Minimalne kvalifikacije

Experience

• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with one of the major cloud providers: AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure, or Oracle Cloud.
• Foundational experience in shell scripting (e.g., Bash) and proficiency in at least one higher-level scripting language (e.g., Python, Ruby).
• Familiarity with microservices architectures.

Proficient in working within an agile development cycle, with exposure to:

• Git and version control best practices.
• Build systems (e.g., Maven) and common build patterns.
• Containerization of applications using Docker or similar tools.
• CI Pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

Practical experience with some of the following technologies:

• Basic understanding of Kubernetes and Helm charts from an application deployment perspective.
• Exposure to Configuration Management and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Ansible or Terraform).
• CI/CD automation concepts. (Experience with ArgoCD is a plus).
• Load balancing and reverse proxy setup.
• Understanding of Messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Understanding of SQL/NoSQL Databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis).
• Log Ingestion tools (e.g., Logstash, Filebeat, Telegraf, Vector).
• Log Management solutions (e.g., Grafana Loki, ELK stack).

On-Call Commitment

This role requires participation in a rotating on-call schedule, typically one week per month, to ensure 24/7 support for our critical infrastructure and applications. On-call duties are compensated for both passive standby time and regular overtime pay for active incident response and resolution.
