What you'll do:

• Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 solutions with a primary focus on Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments
• Execute migrations to Exchange Online, including planning, mailbox moves, identity integration, and coexistence configurations
• Conduct Microsoft 365 assessments to identify opportunities for improvement
• Working on cloud migration journeys, including tenant-to-tenant transitions in mergers & acquisitions, mailbox migrations, coexistence planning, and directory integration
• Manage and maintain email security and hygiene systems (e.g., Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Proofpoint, Mimecast)
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce policies and audits
• Document infrastructure, procedures, and configuration changes

What we expect:

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Exchange (on-prem, cloud and hybrid) deployments
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, configuration, and diagnostics
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid indentities, Entra ID Connect and SSO integrations.
• Deep understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and related infrastructure.
• Experience with email security tools, anti-spam/anti-phishing systems, and secure mail routing
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and documentation skills to align teams and drive clarity

Skills that will bring you extra points:

• Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for technical issues
• Broad experience across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, and Purview
• Knowledge of Exchange Server 2013+ in an on prem and hybrid environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft security workloads (e.g., Defender, Purview, Intune)
• Experience with cross-tenant collaboration, domain transitions, and external sharing governance
