Join our team as a DevSecOps Consultant (f/m/x) and help develop future-proof IT security and compliance solutions for our clients. You’ll take part in designing, implementing, and continuously improving security measures, ensuring the highest level of security and efficiency across the project lifecycle.

We are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible in full-time (40 hours per week) – ideally in Varaždin/Zagreb/Osijek – partially from home-office.

Minimalne kvalifikacije

• You hold a degree in (business) computer science, cybersecurity, or a comparable degree program with IT content
• You have practical experience or a strong interest in the field of DevOps, IT security, and cybersecurity best practices
• You possess working knowledge of common tools, methodologies, and frameworks, such as Microsoft Office, Jira, Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD pipelines, and security testing tools
• You are familiar with relevant security tools such as SAST, SCA, DAST, and ideally have knowledge of frameworks like DSOMM or SAMM
• Your excellent communication skills and professional demeanor enable you to effectively interact with clients and team members
• You have a strong ability to analyze issues and requirements, and present them in a clear and structured manner
• You exhibit a high level of commitment, personal responsibility, and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
• Your language skills include excellent English (C2) proficiency, and German language skills are only a plus

• You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and address current and future IT security and compliance requirements
• You’ll develop and implement IT security guidelines, processes, and technical solutions to ensure optimal protection
• In your role, you’ll design, plan, and support the integration of DevSecOps processes and tools into existing workflows
• You’ll continuously monitor and improve security practices throughout the project lifecycle, identifying areas for enhancement
• You’ll assist in vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and risk analysis to ensure a proactive approach to IT security
