We are looking for a highly proactive and motivated Solutions Engineer interested in working in the B2B software environment on a global market. Our offices are based in Croatia, but more than 99% of our revenue comes from abroad and, consequently, all activities are targeted to foreign markets. Minimalne kvalifikacije

QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Education in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience - Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 - Strong written and verbal communication skills (internal and customer-facing) - Fluency in English, any other language is a plus (e.g. Spanish, German) - Prior experience in a similar customer-facing role - Analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Product presentation skills

Očekivanja od tebe na ovoj poziciji

In this role, we expect you to: - Work together with Sales and Customer Success on all large M365 opportunities, from initial Discovery all the way to Closing, and occasionally post-sales activities - Ensure that customer pain points, requirements, and use cases are thoroughly identified and clearly understood from our side - Verify technical and commercial feasibility of each project - Address complex/technical questions customers may have, and occasionally provide sales presentations and product demos - Build relationships with key decision-makers and serve as the technical point of contact for each opportunity - Share customer feedback, custom requirements, and feature requests with internal stakeholders - Work with Product, Marketing & Engineering to continually refine our products and our messaging - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to craft RFI / RFP submissions, respond to security questionnaires, and showcase our ability to address customer requirements - Assist in other tasks to help us successfully win deals, such as price tailoring, contract drafting, and customizing demo environments
