As a Support Engineer, you will work in a small and agile team supporting our delivery teams, trying to reactively and proactively help our customers.
Responsibilities
Providing first and second level support to enterprise clients (Business Process Automation solutions at the start, then scaling to custom development & chatbots as well as advanced data analytics and AI solution related incidents): incident follow-up, diagnostic and problem resolution
Performing troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
Building a common-issue knowledgebase
Setting up and maintaining internal processes related to support
Managing all support processes
Solving as many issues as possible at L1/L2 stage
Helping with project activities
Technical Skills and Experience Required
Minimum 1 year of experience
Effective interpersonal and communicational skills
A “customer first” approach
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to handle more requests at once
Technical skills (troubleshooting, debugging)
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Croatian
Ability to visit our offices (partial on-site work)
Nice-to-haves
Coding or QA experience
Experience with internet security and data privacy principles
Experience/knowledge of ITSM, networking or System administration
Familiarity with the Microsoft Business Applications platform or other low-code platforms
BA in Computer Engineering or related field
