For the upcoming projects, we are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Java Developer for a full-time, hybrid position to join our digital igloo. You’re the right person for this if you have experience working on projects from start to finish while overseeing a team, and you breathe and live Java.

Minimalne kvalifikacije

Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Senior Backend Java Developer
• Great proficiency in English
• Proven ability to oversee a team of developers
• At least six months of experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer on the project
• Experience in Java Core, Spring, Microservices, Clouds (AWS, GCP)

Bonus kvalifikacije

Your additional skills:

• It’s a plus if you have experience in Quarkus and Cassandra
• Ability to analyze business requirements and suggest scalable and robust technical solutions
• Ability to transform business requirements into working systems
• Unit test coverage
• Pull request review
• Requirements analysis
• A team-player and problem-solver attitude
• Good self-organization & researching ability
• Great communication skills
